"The base cabinet is made from MDF and pine. The sides and doors are MDF that have been stained with walnut stain. The top cabinet sides are also MDF and pine and plexiglass inserts. I made up a half-curved circle for the doors out of scrap pine pieces, which I placed over the glass, secured with small trim and brads. The backs are 1/4 inch hardboard.  The top is made from a piece of pine with 1 1/2" overhang that has a laminated surface.  The edges were done with a Router with a laminating bit."

"There are 3 drawers. Two outside drawers and one inside. The inside drawer is the width of the cabinet. It is riding on ordinary drawer glides. The outside drawers: (2) regular drawers with glides and facings." 

"The top cabinet has two shelves that sit in 3/4" grooves. The backsplach is made from MDF that was covered with laminate."
