It consists of 16 Pieces of Oregon (a New Zealand variety of Douglas Fir) 1½" thick and 5" wide laminated in a spiral held together with a steel rod up the center. "The Box with 2 drawers is about 12" W x 4" deep. I named it "E.T." The timber I used is Rimu, a native timber of New Zealand with a lovely grain and colour.

"The second box is Rimu as well and and is 12" high and 4½" deep and the inside of the drawers are lined with Donjer Flocking. All projects are finished using Danish Oil."
