Projects of Roy Livingston

Roy Livingston of Plainwell, Michigan, USA living@accn.org has sent in a really nice looking childrens dinette set. He describes it below.

"This is one of my better projects that has brought me a lot of compliments. It is made of solid oak. (some red and some white). All of the wood was scrap from a local hardwood home trim company, where I purchased a truck load of it for $5.00 and then started planing it down and glueing it together."

"The table is 50 in. long, 24in. wide, and 22 in. tall, The ladder back chairs are 30 in. tall and 15 in. wide, with seats 10 in. high."

"It is all glued and screwed together with drywall screws and has a light honey maple stain with 2 coats of polyurethane."
