Projects of Eugene Owen

Eugene Owen, of Portland, MI, USA  genco@power-net.net has sent in a game, of which he has made many copies for friends and relatives. This game is called Hillbilly Checkers. It's a simple game, played with marbles as game pieces which move around the board, but strategy can be employed to make you the champ!

Gene suggests the use of a hardwood like cherry or oak as the wood of choice for this project, but he says just about any type of wood will do.

Gene has given us the rules of play, and it does looks like a fun game. This game looks like it would make a great gift for the avid game player in your crowd!
