"I have just finished my latest project and it's a corner electric fireplace."

"Here's my first 2006 project - a Colonial Style Coffee Table. (52" L, 23" W, 17" H)
It is constructed of Butternut from mill cut rough to 3/4". The spindles are made with my homemade lathe, and are also of butternut. It was finished with Minwax natural to bring out grain, and then with 3 coats of satin finish urethane."

"My latest project 2 double bifold french doors to close off archway in the living room in winter, and folded open in the summer. It's made from scratch."
In Progress Photos
The photo on the left shows setting frame on rear for glass insertion and the photo on the right is the front layout.

"This is a coffee table in butternut wood, I made for my wife. The plans were originally for a larger table. I downsized all of the dimensions by approximately 25%. I turned the spindle on my lathe and finished off the table with a scalloped edge."

"This is a vanity mirror for my eldest daughter, made of butternut."

"First was Microwave shelf, constructed from butternut. Then the space was kinda bare under it so I made a garbage box that takes a 45 liter rubbermaid can inside, which kind of compliments the shelf. It was also made of butternut."

"This is a quilt rack that I made which is 60" long."
"This
next one is an entertainment centre made of butternut. It is all
dowel edge to edge jointed.
The shelves are 3/4 x 6" stock. The panels are 5/8 x 6"
stock.
The balance of the materials were cut to size and formed with my
table saw, band saw and router."

"This is a movable fence for a small table drill press, which I've used constantly since fabricating it."
The bottom has carriage bolts countersunk which pass through base slots in drill press table and are attached with wide washers and wingnuts. The upper section of the table is made in three sections of which the center one (under the drill chuck) is removable for when it gets chewed up too badly with use. The sliding channels were made from 2 pieces of "[ " window channel, as I couldn't locate mini channel. 2 carriage bolts in the fence slide in channels and are secured by washers and wing nuts.
I use it for drilling dowel holes in rail styles for small projects to accept small spindles. I just slide the marked work piece along the fence and all holes are equal from the edge. You can do precise drilling with out a lot of set-up when making spindle rails for tops of kitchen cupboards and shelves etc. You also get lots of stability with longer pieces of wood."

"This is one of a a pair of end tables I copied from the 40's era. The legs were made on the bandsaw, and the fretwork with my scrollsaw."

"This is a curio shelf which I made which is of my own design."

The first is a coffee table of my design constructed from Butternut with stained pine spindles to match for my best half.

The 2nd is a Cheval Mirror made from Butternut with pine spindles to match for my eldest daughter also my own design.

The 3rd is a Cradle constructed from Pine with Birtch rockers for prolonged wear , I enhanced the foot end with spindles , this I made for my grandson.

The 4th is a Gunrack I made for my son out of pine, the locking bar at the Stock end is made of Oak and is locked in when the Shell cupboard is closed and locked.
