"We are a married couple who always liked working with wood. My wife got tired of never having a place to put her bread. So she sat down & drew up some plans for a bread box. We built it & kept making it for everybody in our family.

We have what is called Tamarack of West Virginia. It buys & resells the items master crafters & master woodworkers build. You have to take your item to be juried at a jury session, where 8 master crafters judge it for quality, workmanship & style. If you're accepted, they buy. Ours was accepted & we have been building them for years."
